CREAMY TURKEY GRAVY - Thanksgiving Recipe

Thanksgiving is just around the corner and here is a great recipe from Grandma G's collection: 

THANKSGIVING RECIPE

Creamy Turkey Gravy

Ingredient:

2 Tbs. cornstarch

2 tbs. turkey and/or chicken drippings

1/8 tsp. salt

2 C. chicken broth

1/4 c. milk

1/8 tsp. pepper

Directions: 

In a small saucepan, whisk cornstarch and drippings until smooth.  Gradually stir in the broth, milk, salt and pepper.   Bring to a boil, cook and stir 2 minutes or until thickened.  Serve with turkey and/or chicken.
